荆门市

位于湖北省中部，地级市，江汉平原西北部，北通京豫，南达湖广，东瞰吴越，西带川秦，素有“荆楚门户”之称。荆门属亚热带季风气候，四季分明，雨热同期。荆门市境内焦柳铁路、长荆铁路和荆沙铁路在城区汇集，主要火车站有荆门站。在建有荆门高铁站。荆门市主要景点有：钟祥明显陵AAAA景区，黄仙洞AAAA景区，漳河国家AAA旅游风景区，彭墩乡村世界旅游景区，太子山国家森林公园，京山绿林山风景区，青林寨关公园风景区，鸳鸯溪漂流，莫愁湖。

Jingmen City

Jingmen is a prefecture-level city in central province, People's Republic of China.Jingmen is in the west of Wuhan. Jingmen is so named as in ancient times, itwas the gateway to Jingzhou.

Climate

Jingmen has a typical humid subtropical climate, with January the coldest month and July the hottest month. The temperature goes up to 38℃ atnoon with uncomfortable humidity in July, but also goes below 0℃ in winter, with snow every year.Rainfall is high in April to September, with less in autumn and winter.

荆楚理工学院

荆楚理工学院是2007年3月经教育部批准成立的一所省属全日制普通高等学校，由荆门职业技术学院和沙洋师范高等专科学校合并组建而成，有30余年办高等教育的历史。

学校位于湖北省荆门市中心城区白龙山下，依山傍水，风景秀美，文化历史底蕴深厚，是一座山水园林式大学。学校占地面2200余亩，校舍建筑面积30万余平方米。教学科研仪器设备总值7451万元，校园网覆盖全校教学、科研、办公区域及学生宿舍。图书馆馆藏纸质图书112.93万册，采用了自动化管理系统（ILASⅢ），拥有各类电子资源数据库10余个。

学校设有15个教学学院（部），以及职业与成人教育学院、国际教育学院。开设本科专业37个，专科专业13个，涵盖理、工、农、医、文、教、管、艺等8大学科门类。学校建有校外实习实训基地111个，有附属医院1家，教学医院2家。全日制普通在校生12400余人，其中本科生9600余人。

学校现有在编教职工1170人，其中专任教师676人。专任教师中，有教授、副教授等高级职称人员278人，博士、硕士437人。享受国务院及湖北省政府特殊津贴的专家5人，荆门市把关人才17人。

学校建有靶向抗肿瘤药物湖北省协同创新中心，药物合成与优化湖北省重点实验室，有湖北省荆门医药工业技术研究院、湖北省校企共建牛磺酸技术研发中心、湖北省新农村发展研究院等省级科学技术研究中心，有中国农谷发展研究中心、汉江生态经济带发展研究中心、湖北省知识产权培训（荆门）基地等省级人文社科类重点研究基地。拥有抗肿瘤药物的新品开发及合成新工艺研究、农产品安全生产与加工等3个省重点科研创新团队，先后承担国家自然科学基金项目（水稻Mi-2类染色体变构因子CHR729在表观遗传调控中的作用分析）、国家社会科学基金项目（唐代文人文学传播意识研究、征地补偿中村庄内部冲突的发生机制与化解策略研究）、教育部人文社科专项（国家意识形态安全视域下的我国当代大学生政治信仰教育研究）等国家、省市科研课题351项。获省市科技、社科成果奖55项，拥有专利及其他知识产权62项，其中，“米糠蛋白饮料项目”被省科技厅批准为省重大科技成果转化与产业化专项。学校教师在核心期刊发表论文787篇，被SCI、EI、ISTP权威检索性期刊收录214篇。《荆楚理工学院学报》先后被评为全国优秀社科学报、全国地方高校优秀学报、全国质量进步社科学报，其“传记文学研究”栏目先后被湖北省高等学校学报研究会和湖北省新闻出版广电局评为“特色栏目”；《荆楚学刊》先后被评为全国优秀社科学报、湖北省优秀期刊。

学校先后与法国卡恩大学、泰国乌汶大学、菲律宾德拉撒大学医学院、菲律宾德拉撒大学D校区、菲律宾远东大学、美国荷晶大学、芬兰瓦萨应用科技大学等国外高校建立了校际交流合作关系。2018年将开设国际学生口腔医学、市场营销，计算机科学及应用专业学历教育。也将与西班牙、马来西亚及台湾地区进行多方面合作及交流。

申请程序

1、申请时段：申请学位或申请培训及短期研究课程者，需在每年6月30日前提出申请；凡需申请奖学金者则需在5月30日前提出申请。

2、申请材料

申请人将学习计划（不少于500字）、最后学历学位证明、学习成绩单、外国人体格检查记录表、护照、家庭经济情况证明等六项材料电子档发至荆楚理工学院国际教育学院邮箱gjjyxy@jcut.edu.cn。

3、入学审核

荆楚理工学院对申请人资格进行审核，对合格者发给“外国留学人员来华签证申请表”（JW202表）和“录取通知书”。申请人持以上材料及“外国人体格检查记录表”到中国驻申请人所在国大使馆或领事馆办理来华学习签证（X1）。

4、报到注册

录取者持录取通知书，JW202表和境外人员体格检查记录验证证明按规定时间到荆楚理工学院报到注册。

Process of Application

1. The deadline of application for degree/none-degreeprograms is June 30^theach year. Applicants for scholarships arerequired to submit their applications before May 30^thevery year.

2.Send the application materialsby E-mail to the International School atJingchu University of Technology(E-mail address: gjjyxy@jcut.edu.cn). The application electrical materialsinclude Study Plan（more than 500 words）,duplicate of the most recent Certificate of Degree/Diploma,transcripts, a Form of Physical Test Record, Passport, Family Financial Report.

3. Evaluation and Approval. The qualifications ofapplicants will be evaluated by Jingchu University of Technology. Successfulapplicants will be awarded theVisa Application for Study in Chinaandan Admission Notice. The applicants can apply for a visa(X1) at the ChineseEmbassy in their own countries.

4. Registration. Admitted students are required to beregistered at Jingchu University of Technology on schedule with the AdmissionNotice, Form JW202, andCertificate of Verification for Physical ExaminationRecord for Foreigner or Overseas Chinese.

收费

1、申请手续费300元。

2、住宿费：3600-4800元/年。

3、保险费：800元/年。

4、语言进修生学费6000元/半年，12000元/年，本科学位生学费15000元/年。
